I say no, it is not ok to buy a used e-bike. That is unless they are like new, great battery health, and pay a maximum of 20% of the purchase price. I would only buy one for about 10% of the original price, if I bought one at all.

I've had 200 Watts and that is virtually gutless it can't even get up a hill I haven't tried 250 yet far as I know the rule in New South Wales and the law is supposed to be 200 to 250 Watts I don't think you can go any higher I suppose a person could go higher I suppose but 500 Watts I have no use for that the worst thing about riding e-bikes you get too lazy you get too lazy and you rely on it too much like I did a long time ago but 250 will probably work thank you

The more I research e bikes the more disappointed I am. Maybe someday they will be what I imagined but then again by "someday" I wont even care anyway on account of aging and death

The color IS actually a "thing"... I've liked certain bicycle models, then boom, when it comes to choosing, the color options have prevented me from purchasing it.

Can I take the battery out of the frame for charging? Or it only charges while the battery inside the frame?

I'm 57 and riding hard on my Peleton and started developing knee and hip pains. I've been competitive all my life and I think it's time to slow it down a bit, so hopefully this will be less stress on my body. My bike arrives Monday! I even ordered a helmet, lol

they do not want 750 watt bikes in Canada and if we have one it will put us in the class 3 or 4 and we can not ride on most trails

Batteries need to be measured in watt-hours Wh or kilowatt-hours Kwh, thats the actual energy storage capacity of a battery. AH (amp hours) doesnt give you the full story, a 72v 20ah (1.4kwh) battery has twice the energy storage and capacity of a 36v 20ah (720wh or 0.7Kwh) battery even though they are both 20ah. Its like comparing fuel tank sizes in a car by their height dimension only instead of gallons (this trucks fuel tank is 18 inches deep, that one is only 16 inches deep)

This is a GREAT video, THANK YOU! I am a senior and i have osteoarthritis in my left hip. I learned a LOT from your video as I am shopping for my first eBike. What I didn't know is that you have to turn the motor OFF every time you prepare to STOP!!! That may be a deal-killer for me as I have to ride about 2 1/2 miles in the street or sidewalks before I get to the beach. With my semi-recumbent bike i'd say is stop 100s of times BEFORE I even get to the beach -- so if i understood your video lesson correctly -- that means i have to stop the motor 100s of times??? Is that correct?

I am really enjoying watching people learning to ride and sharing fears about riding. I am looking for 3 wheel for 80 year old husband with recent knee replacement . And daughter who is 40 plus with disability. These videos with real people help so much. Thank you for taking time to put out these videos.

I'm one of those people who bombed out with an ebike (not from SixThreeZero) I am 73 and can ride a non-electric bike so I assumed I'd have an easy transition. However, my ebike is 1) bit too big for me and 2) is much heavier than my bike. Consequently, my ebike is sitting in my garage waiting for me to sell. Once I sell it, I'm hoping to fly down to your shop and try ALL your options. I anticipate I'll end up with one of your trikes. See you soon (I hope)!

Im looking for a commuter bike mainly for work and getting rid of my car as 90% of my travel is just to work or the grocery store and these costs of gas/insurancr/repairs is insane for what im using it for. Id also like to travel to my parents and siblings with it (aprrox 25km away) from time to time. Im relatively fit (i dont mind doing peddle assist). My budget is roughly $2000. Do you or anyone else have any recommendations for what im looking for

Bike makers need to put better seats on for seniors. I only buy bikes with longer wider seats, it's impossible to ride on skinny bikes seats as you age. I'm amazed they don't realize this.

What do you think would be best for someone with messed up Shoulders. The reality is Shoulders are critical for everything. I used to ride bikes pretty regularly. But I think untreated calcific Tendonitis rained on my riding parade. I actually had a heart transplant 24 years ago and looking for the perfect ebike. Exercise is critical for the heart.
